 Five stars to the archaeological area of Morgantina, but zero stars to those who manage it lacks maintenance on the paths and in the signs, no physical or ne.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel sito, ad agosto si tiene una rappresentazione con attori in costume che ricreano l'atmosfera originale di Morgantina. Abbiamo visto le prove e merita assolutamente di essere vista.
Nice site, in August there is a performance with costumed actors that recreate the original atmosphere of Morgantina. We have seen the evidence and it absolutely deserves to be seen.

I was lucky enough to visit this wonderful archaeological site during the Easter Monday of 2017 and it is simply wonderful ,, Sicily has a lot to offer nationally and internationally

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da siciliano mi vergogno per l'assoluta mancanza di segnaletica stradale! Poi, se si ha la fortuna di arrivarci, ci si trova in un sito archeologico piuttosto carino dove è possibile godere, come nel nostro caso, di meritevoli rappresentazioni teatrali in un piccolo teatro molto suggestivo. Un ringraziamento particolare a Gabriele Lavia, per la sua interpretazione di Sogno di un uomo ridicolo
As a Sicilian I am ashamed of the absolute lack of road signs! Then, if you are lucky enough to get there, you are in a rather nice archaeological site where you can enjoy, as in our case, deserving theatrical performances in a very suggestive small theater. Special thanks to Gabriele Lavia for his interpretation of a ridiculous man's dream

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'area è sommersa dalle sterpaglie, i pannelli con foto e spiegazioni sono illeggibili in quanto scoloriti dalle intemperie. Non sono presenti guide. Tutto è lasciato all'immaginazione, ma abbiamo pagato 10 euro a persona (compreso il museo) Ricopritela e forse fra altri 2000 anni sarà riscoperta e valorizzata.
The area is submerged by weeds, the panels with photos and explanations are illegible because they are discolored by the weather. There are no guides. Everything is left to the imagination, but we paid 10 euros per person (including the museum). Cover it and maybe in another 2000 years it will be rediscovered and enhanced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo sito, l'ho visitatori scorso anno ed era perfettamente curato. Purtroppo la scorsa domenica, invece, le erbe alte impedivano di ammirare appieno l'agricolo nel suo splendore. Ne consiglio la visita, sperando che nel frattempo abbiano tolto le erbacce.
Beautiful site, I visited it last year and it was perfectly maintained. Unfortunately last Sunday, however, the tall grasses prevented us from fully admiring the farm in its splendor. I recommend a visit, hoping that in the meantime they have removed the weeds.
