Servizio assistenza per autovetture VW a pochi passi da piazza Pio XI.Location interrata con rampa di accesso. Reparto uffici separato dell'officina in comodi box con scrivania. Personale gentile, qualificato e disponibile con la clientela per definire le giuste tempistiche dell'intervento e per concordare l'orario per lasciare e ritirare l'autovettura.

La mia auto ha volante e cruscotto bianchi. Consegnata pulita ritirata dopo 1 mese lurida pensa di manate nere. Possibile che in 1 mese non ci sono stati 5 minuti per pulire volante e cruscotto???

Centro assistenza VW eccellente. Personale cortese e qualificato; rivolgono la massima attenzione alla clientela. Super consigliato!

Dubbi sulla loro onestà. Hanno staccato l'impianto metano nell'Up della mia mamma dicendo che c'è fuoriuscita del gas e chiedendo 1000 euro per la riparazione. ALTRI 2 CENTRI DI VOLKSWAGEN hanno controllato e hanno detto che si tratti di un problema con la sonda. Problema risolvibile con poche decine di euro. In più scortesi e maleducati. Quando la mia mamma ha richiamato per chiedere le spiegazioni ha sentito :faccia come crede. Bocciati!

1 stella perché la gentilezza e la professionalità verso i clienti sono inesistenti! Tempistiche di risoluzione dei lavori dipende sempre dal momento. Non hanno un planning di lavorazione! Non richiamano il cliente nei tempi stabiliti e comunicati a voce. L’unica risposta che riescono a dare “penso che l’auto sia pronta domani” ma l’auto non è pronta!

Hanno risolto un problema che la mia golf si portava dietro da anni nonostante gli interventi di molte officine autorizzate.Grazie!

WARNING: you have to absolutely avoid this garage!! I was traveling through Italy, and arriving in Rome, my car (VW) reported me a problem with an engine warning signal. I called the VW assistance and they sent me to this garage. They took the whole day to make the diagnosis (which takes 30sec with the electronic computer) and though I don't speak Italian, I heard the mechanic saying "niente" (nothing). Then, the employee used a serious face to tell me that they had to change the turbo. And that I would had to pay €500.00... €500.00, an exact price. So I asked for an estimate...but the guy refused to give me any, pretending that he could not... I had to insist a lot, saying that there would be no reparation without estimate. Then the guy spent 15 minutes on his computer, trying to do an estimate that would correspond to €500.00. I finally got an estimate (with general terms that mean nothing ) with the amount of €461.00. Had no choice and gave my agreement. The next day, my car hadn't moved for an inch, and was as dirty as I left it (usually when there is any intervention in a VW garage, they clean up your car...). And I payed what they asked for. I went to a VW garage when back in France, to check the reparations...and been told nothing had been done. They just erased the warning signal...and I payed €461.00 for that... I have made a report to VW and hopefully, this office won't be associated to the brand anymore. NEVER GO THERE
