La signora Lucia ci ha seguito a 360 gradi in tutte le fasi della vendita, non solo indirizzandoci sui prodotti più adatti alle ns esigenze, ma anche suggerendoci soluzioni per abbinare al meglio colori, contrasti e accessori.
Tuttavia, come già riscontrato con altri operatori del settore, la fase del Post Vendita, per la risoluzione di piccole problematiche emerse durante il periodo di garanzia, non è "performante" allo stesso modo della fase di Vendita, costringendo l'acquirente a continui e fastidiosi solleciti.
Non inficia comunque il giudizio generale, positivo.

Ms. Lucia followed us at 360 degrees in all phases of the sale, not only addressing the products best suited to our needs, but also suggesting solutions to match colors, contrasts and accessories at best.
However, as already seen with other operators in the sector, the post-sale phase, for the resolution of small problems that emerged during the warranty period, is not "efficient" in the same way as the sales phase, forcing the buyer to continue and annoying reminders.
However, it does not invalidate the general, positive judgment.

La proprietaria e l'architetto presente in negozio vi aiuteranno a comporre con garbo, gentilezza e competenza la casa dei vostri sogni. È consigliabile prendere appuntamento, specie il sabato.
Nice furniture shop in the stretch of via Gregorio VII towards piazza Carpegna. Don't be fooled by the Emporio wardrobe sign: inside you can furnish an entire house. The owner and the architect present in the shop will help you to compose the house of your dreams with grace, kindness and competence. It is advisable to make an appointment, especially on Saturdays.
