Ho perso il volo perché non mi è arrivato il referto e quando provavo a capire cosa stesse succedendo la signora al telefono mi ha riattaccato il telefono in faccia. La seconda volta (do sempre una seconda possibilità) chiamo per ripetere gli stessi esami togliendone due e mi si alza la cifra senza aver avuto nel frattempo degli aumenti. Chiedo spiegazione e di nuovo risposte arroganti veloci superficiali . A questo punto torno da mio solito referente per evitare di nuovo incontri con loro.s pessimo ervizio pessima assistenza non sono per niente organizzati e la risposta varia in base a chi risponde. Uno ti dice che certi esami non esistono più il che è meramente assurdo l'altra ti dice che non è vero. Contraddittori e perdi tempo r considerando che è a pagamento ci si aspetta molta più organizzazione e gentilezza anche se dovrebbe esistere a prescindere Se non altro è servito per non tornarci più. Sapendo poi che il cliente lascia le recensioni dovrebbero prestare più attenzione.
