Sul sito sponsorizzano tanto il "prenota la tua carta d'identità e non fai la fila" poi una volta arrivati li non sanno nemmeno che esiste questo servizio. Ho chiesto spiegazioni all'impiegato e ovviamente se ne è lavato le mani parlando male dell'ente, che non funziona niente e BLABLABLA... quando non ha capito che l'ente stesso è LUI, ed è sempre lui quello che non ha saputo garantire il servizio. Infatti ero già stato in precedenza all'anagrafe con una prenotazione e non avevo avuto problemi. In sintesi, dipende da chi capita come impiegato: uno lo sa e uno si dimentica. Un Po come butta insomma. Valutazione servizio: ZERO. RIDICULOUS! Necessitavo di uno stampato, un semplice foglio con un timbro, che per la precisione è un'autocertificazione quindi io dico, io scrivo e io firmoO. Beh 4 giorni di attesa... Tutto su appuntamento... 30 minuti tra una persona e l'altra (per una pratica da 3 minuti e gli altri 27 minuti pagati dai contribuenti???). Telefonato a Borgo Sabotino, 20 minuti per arrivare, 3 minuti di pratica (come detto precedentemente), 20 minuti per tornare, FATTO! Io ringrazio il Dio di vivere altrove ma Voi ringraziate il Dio di lavorare per l'amministrazione pubblica perché altrimenti... altro che stipendio! Simply ridiculous, I put my face and name on it!
