★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considerando la pandemia e la riorganizzazione made in Pisano, dovendo rifare la carta di identità ho trovato personale disponibile e impegnato. Ovviamente l'attesa nonostante la prenotazione era di oltre 1h, e causa pandemia si attende all'aperto. Per certe pratiche più snelle invece l'attesa è nulla e si passa subito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se deve andare con prenotazione anche se l’ora della prenotazione non si rispetta. Andare con pazienza e aspettare. L’uomo all’ingresso non è amichevole, urla e non aiuta ma allo sportello sono amichevoli.
If you have to go with a reservation even if the time of the reservation is not respected. Go patiently and wait. The man at the entrance is not friendly, he yells and doesn't help but they are friendly at the counter.

La cosa assurda è che mi è stata data la possibilità di scegliere se rinnovarla comunque in mancanza del documento necessario, ma con la nota che "avrebbe potuto darmi problemi nel caso uno attento la verificasse" (tipo ad un aeroporto?? Eh sì, possibile). Che razza di servizio è?
20 minutes of waiting to be told that the identity card could not be renewed.
