Devi venire da lontano per chiedere un informazione ,e se hanno la voglia ti rispondono.. I never answer the phone .. !! Made first to remove the phone number on the sitto ..! Queste signore oltre a loro rendono onore anche al Comune di Moncalieri che nell'esercizio delle loro funzioni rappresentano. I encountered a kindness out of the ordinary. Helpful, courteous and patient employees. An unexpected and therefore very pleasant service. Per Covid 19 si sono ben organizzati. Difficile trovare il parcheggio vicino. L'ingresso è accessibile ai disabili. Friendly and helpful staff, ancient but modernized structure. Unfortunately, sometimes the terminals do not work and therefore we have to wait. For Covid 19 they are well organized. Difficult to find nearby parking. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.

Per rifare la carta d'identità si va appunto su prenotazione e poi la si riceve a casa con raccomandata in una settimana lavorativa circa. L'organizzazione post covid è sicuramente migliorariva. I recommend arriving a little earlier than the appointment made. To redo the identity card, you need to book it and then receive it at home by registered mail in about a working week. The post covid organization has certainly improved.
m	max R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buona struttura organizzata peccato per le 2 impiegate lavorano come 2 computer nonostante la signora che prende appuntamenti mi ha detto di provare a passare pur senza prenotazione perché richiesta di poca rilevanza(pin della carta d'identità elettronica) e non essendoci nessuno.. Non hanno accettato la mia richiesta davvero incresciose.. non stanchiamoci.... Good organized structure too bad for the 2 employees work as 2 computers despite the lady who takes appointments told me to try to pass even without a reservation because request of little relevance (pin of the electronic identity card) and since there is no one .. They do not have accepted my very regrettable request .. let's not get tired ....
M	Monica Saccà on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno le miei 5 stelle vanno tutte alle 2 signore Anna e Renata dell'ufficio URP dell'anagrafe centrale Moncalieri,disponibili,empatiche,disponibil all'ascolto ,svolgono il loro lavoro con amore ed io ho potuto constatarlo in quanto sono stata contattata da loro per un brutto evento con un amministrativa al telefono che per grande mia educazione non starò a raccontare qui pubblicamente. Sperando che il loro intervento possa fare capire alla signora in questione che ci saranno tante persone che devono studiare l'italiano ma per quanto riguarda l'educazione bhe con questa si nasce!possa esserle utile per il futuro.... Leggo che devo pagare un P.A ma, non so come fare, chiamo il numero e mi risponde una sig.ra molto gentile che mi aiuta e insieme creiamo il qr code per fare il pagamento. Arrivo alle 8,40 mi passano subito, gentili, preparati e disponibili, in 10 minuti ho il documento rinnovato tra 5 o 6 gg disponibile complimenti I realized on Wednesday that I have the IC expiring, I connect to book expecting very long waiting times and instead, Friday after only 2 days I book at 8.40. I read that I have to pay a P.A but, I don't know how to do it, I call the number and a very kind lady answers me who helps me and together we create the qr code to make the payment. I arrive at 8.40 am they pass me immediately, kind, prepared and available, in 10 minutes I have the renewed document available in 5 or 6 days compliments
