Anche contestualmente al download della modulistica, potrebbe/dovrebbe comparire un opportuno avviso (alert). Tali semplici accorgimenti possono migliorare il servizio evitando ai cittadini/utenti di far la fila due volte. Nulla da eccepire circa la gentilezza del personale. Sarebbe bello che anche gli altri uffici comunali prendessero esempio da loro . Esperienza , gentilezza e rapidita' dove li potreste trovare se non li ? All'ingresso si trova una dipendente che screma un po' di gente e da' tutte le informazioni del caso. Ricordarsi che per adesso c'è bisogno dell'appuntamento, quindi o andate di persona e vi informate, oppure telefonate prima. I always find competent people at hand.
