Poi ho iniziato a dare un'occhiata in giro e lei non mi ha nemmeno chiesto se avessi bisogno di aiuto. Una volta scelti i capi mi sono avvicinata alla cassa per chiedere se potessi provarli, ho dovuto aspettare qualche minuto affinché finisse la telefonata (non di lavoro) che stava facendo per avere la sua attenzione. Mentre ero in camerino mi sono dovuta arrangiare per le taglie, nemmeno in questo caso è venuta a vedere se andavano bene oppure se avessi bisogno di aiuto. Sono dovuta uscire io a chiederle la taglia giusta. Finito di provare vado in cassa per pagare e ancora una volta la trovo intenta a messaggiare, pago ed esco. Non volevo essere così critica nella mia recensione, ma quando entra un cliente deve avere la massima attenzione possibile e la buona educazione vuole che si saluti. Come cliente mi sono sentita trascurata e ignorata; viste le poche attenzioni ricevute ho deciso di mettere questa recensione, mio malgrado, poiché i capi sono veramente belli, di qualità e mi sto trovando molto bene con quelli che ho comprato. E' un peccato aver avuto questa brutta esperienza, spero non capiti più. As soon as I entered the shop, I greeted the saleswoman and she didn't even answer me, she was holding her cell phone and probably didn't hear me. Then I started looking around and she didn't even ask me if I needed help. Once I had chosen the items, I went to the cashier to ask if I could try them on, I had to wait a few minutes for the (non-business) phone call he was making to finish to get his attention. While I was in the dressing room I had to make do with the sizes, even in this case she did not come to see if they fit or if I needed help. I had to go out and ask her for the right size. After trying I go to the cashier to pay and once again I find her intent on texting, I pay and go out. I didn't want to be so critical in my review, but when a customer comes in they need to have as much attention as possible and good manners want to say hello. As a customer, I felt neglected and ignored; given the little attention received, I decided to put this review, in spite of myself, since the garments are really beautiful, of quality and I'm getting along very well with the ones I bought. It's a shame to have had this bad experience, I hope it doesn't happen again.

Uno dei 2 capi era danneggiato l'ho riportato indietro e mi hanno fatto pagare la differenze dello sconto. Praticamente 2 capi a prezzo pieno! Sono furiosa credo si possa chiamare truffa. Non ci tornerò mai più e cercherò di spargere la voce il più possibile. Siete dei buffoni! I bought 2 items because the second was super discounted. One of the 2 items was damaged I took it back and they charged me the difference in the discount. Virtually 2 items at full price! I am furious I think it can be called a scam. I will never go back and try to get the word out as much as possible. You are fools!
