M	Maurice Pomari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale maleducato che in piena notte lascia i bus accesi per 30-40 minuti mentre chiacchierano ad alta voce (devono sovrastare il rumore di 4-5 bus in moto) urlando bestemmie e parolacce varie, complimenti per non aver notato la vicinanza di abitazioni che ahimè durante l’estate possono avere le finestre aperte e sentire tutti i vostri interessantissimi discorsi ricchi di cultura di strada... Sto cercando da ore di pagare il rinnovo e costantemente rimanda a errore "Servizio non disponibile". Presentarsi ai vostri uffici per pagare? Significa perdere almeno mezza giornata di lavoro (se fortunati). Imbarazzanti. Autista becero, maleducato e solo perché non avevo tempo ma sarebbe stato da tirare giù dal mezzo e spiegargli come si sta al mondo. E non è la prima volta...anzi... Guardate le altre città e aggiornarvi perché i vostri sistemi sono retrogradi e inaccettabili! Pessimi! Bad customer service and incapable staff. 5 days of notice for a ZTL permit are unacceptable especially for those who work .. but you understand that we are in 2020 and it is not possible to go to the counter for a permit. Look at the other cities and catch up because your systems are backward and unacceptable! Bad!

Bisognerebbe andare a mano di avvocato ma purtroppo non tutti se lo possono permettere!!! Chi è preposto a questi servizi dovrebbe essere molto più preparato per dare soluzioni effettive ai bisogni degli utenti! Inoltre Il personale dell'ufficio permessi è poco cortese e indisponente. Per chi lavora quotidianamente nel settore trasporti è improponibile che per richiedere un permesso online serva un preavviso di 5 giorni lavorativi!!! Peccato che Verona, bellissima città, abbia un servizio così scadente sotto questo aspetto.
