★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza: l'apparecchio acustico di mia madre non è stato collaudato bene addosso a lei, a causa della inefficienza ma soprattutto maleducazione del personale che è venuto a casa nostra dato che lei non poteva andare al negozio! Lo sconsiglio!
Bad experience: my mother's hearing aid was not tested well on her, due to the inefficiency but above all rudeness of the staff who came to our house since she could not go to the shop! I don't recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono un cliente amplifon da tanti anni, ma mi sono sentito preso in giro con gli ultimi apparecchi che ho comprato, mi avevano detto che questi funzionano benissimo e poi si poteva collegare con la app ma bella sorpresa no si può collegare con la app perché queste apparecchiature non hanno il collegamento bluetooth questo e quello che mi hanno detto dopo che mie apparecchi sono rimasti gli nel negozio per un mese pur sapendo che non erano compatibili mi dicevano che aspettavano che la app sia aggiornata, credo che il soldi non gli regala nessuno pure io che devo fare a meno di tante cose per mettere da parte ogni certo tempo per comprare nuovi prodotti perché sono sordo e dopo qualche anni va di mal in peggio. E per questo che io seriamente dico non consiglio più a mie conoscenti che so hanno questo problema come io di andare da AMPLIFON meglio trovare o provate da un'altra parte. Sono veramente DELUSO ??
I have been an amplifon customer for many years, but I felt cheated with the latest devices I bought, they told me that these work great and then you could connect with the app but it was a nice surprise you can't connect with the app because these equipment does not have the bluetooth connection this and what they told me after my devices remained in the store for a month even though they were not compatible they told me that they were waiting for the app to be updated, I believe that the money does not give anyone as well I who must do without many things to set aside some time each to buy new products because they are deaf and after a few years going from bad to worse. And for this reason that I seriously say I no longer recommend to my acquaintances that I know they have this problem as I go to AMPLIFON better to find or try somewhere else. I'm really DISAPPOINTED ??
