Hanno predisposto il cambio delle serrature del condominio senza darcene nessuna comunicazione perché a detta della titolare Sig.ra Perin “si sono dimenticati”, non permettendoci quindi di accedere al garage di cui siamo proprietari dall’interno dello stabile. A tutti gli altri proprietari è stata lasciata una chiave dentro la cassetta della posta mentre io mi sono dovuto sobbarcare anche l’onere della copia delle chiavi, ovviamente a mie spese. L’ufficio ha orari totalmente proibitivi per chi come me ha un lavoro fuori sede e soprattutto, nonostante le numerose richieste per venirci incontro e trovare un accordo, la titolare si è sempre dimostrata estremamente sgarbata.
Little communication and inadequate service for the twenty-first century.
They arranged the change of the locks of the condominium without giving us any communication because according to the owner Mrs. Perin "they have forgotten", not allowing us therefore to access the garage of which we are owners from inside the building. All the other owners were left with a key in the mailbox, and I had to pay for the copy of the keys, obviously at my expense. The office has totally prohibitive hours for people like me who have an off-site job and above all, despite the numerous requests to meet us and find an agreement, the owner has always proved extremely rude.
