Nel nostro caso oltre a seguirci in maniera encomiabile nell'organizzazione del viaggio, ci ha seguito ancora più con attenzione e precisione nella delicata fase dell'annullamento. Un'esperienza che non consiglio a nessuno, ma che col supporto di Barbara, la titolare, è stata semplificata a dismisura, a partire dai documenti di annullamento fino ad arrivare alle delicate trattative con l'assicurazione... É facile essere gentili e disponibili nella fase di organizzazione, ma un altrettanto sforzo nella fase di annullamento non è cosa da tutti! E se ci si capita si capisce quanto sia importante!

It's easy to be kind and available in the process of organization, but an equally effortless in the process of cancellation is not for everyone! And if it happens we understand how important it is!
