Grande disponibilità per la gestione e la soluzione di eventuali disguidi anche se non imputabili a loro. Grazie a loro, io e altri compagni di viaggio siamo stati ampiamente risarciti da una compagnia aerea a causa di un ritardo e questo non è scontato da parte di tutte le agenzie! 10 e lode alla Vari Viaggi!
Vari Viaggi is my point of reference for both business and leisure travel. Barbara and Alessia are well prepared, courteous and patient! Great availability for the management and solution of any problems, even if not attributable to them. Thanks to them, I and other traveling companions have been largely compensated by an airline because of a delay and this is not obvious for all agencies! 10 and praise to the Various Travels!

A 2 settimane dall'oktoberfest sono riusciti in meno di un'ora a trovarmi una soluzione pullman+hotel a 160€!!!

Very professional and prepared, they can face even the most difficult challenges.
Two weeks after Oktoberfest they managed to find me a bus + hotel solution for € 160 in less than an hour !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professionali,gentili e disponibili soprattutto in un momento così dove la voglia di viaggiare è grande ma le possibilità sono limitate all'Italia. A noi è stata cancellata la crociera e loro ci hanno proposto svariate alternative per non rinunciare alle vacanze.
Professional, kind and helpful especially in a moment like this where the desire to travel is great but the possibilities are limited to Italy. The cruise was canceled for us and they offered us various alternatives to not give up on holidays.

Ci siamo affidate a Vari viaggi diverse volte e mai una lamentela, nemmeno nell'ultimo anno e mezzo in cui i problemi legati alla situazione contingente non sono certo mancati, con slalom tra rinvii, vaucher, prenotazioni spostate. Hanno sempre fatto di tutto per venirne a capo. Chapeau.
