Lavoro svolto al meglio e con cura, è sicuramente la migliore che io abbia visto fin'ora. Consigliatissima Toelettatura anche per l'ambiente pulito, profumato e con un parcheggio molto comodo. Torneremo, spero presto ! The owner has demonstrated her competence and gained my pastor's trust in the space of a few minutes despite her perennial distrust of strangers. Work done at best and with care, it is certainly the best I have seen so far. Grooming is also highly recommended for the clean, fragrant environment and with a very convenient parking. We will be back, hopefully soon!

Veronica è stata davvero molto professionale, paziente e gentile con Lizzie, maltesina di 14 anni, si vede che ama il suo lavoro! Ambiente pulito e con tutto il necessario.. Lizzie essendo vecchietta non si è dimostraa molto colloborativa, ma le maniere dolci di Veronica, e il suo modo di porsi e di parlarle, l'hanno tranquillizzata e si è fatta poi fare tutto con calma. Lavata e tosata, prima con la macchinetta e poi a forbice, ha curato anche i minimi particolari, occhi , naso, zampe e orecchie. Consigliatissima. GREAT! ..Fully satisfied and happy .. Veronica was very professional, patient and kind to Lizzie, a 14 year old Maltese, you can tell she loves her job! Clean environment and with everything you need .. Lizzie, being an old woman, did not prove to be very colloborative, but Veronica's sweet manners, and her way of posing and talking to her, calmed her and she then let her do everything calmly. Washed and clipped, first with the machine and then with scissors, she took care of even the smallest details, eyes, nose, legs and ears. Highly recommended.

Veronica è stata bravissima a metterla a suo agio tanto è che la gattina è stata molto tranquilla durante il lavaggio e l'asciugatura. Un trattamento degno di una gattina vip, Veronica super professionale ed estremamente gentile, si vede che ama il suo lavoro e ci mette tutta la passione e la buona volontà necessaria per prendersi cura dei nostri amici a 4 zampe. It was the first grooming for my kitten Sambuca. Veronica was very good at putting her at ease so much so that the kitten was very quiet during the washing and drying. A treatment worthy of a vip kitten, Veronica super professional and extremely kind, you can see that she loves her job and puts all the passion and good will necessary to take care of our 4-legged friends.

Io ho portato la mia gatta di 13 anni a lavare per la prima volta ed è stata bravissima. La gatta ha subito inteso che poteva fidarsi ed è stato facile per entrambe. Molto professionale. Anche se i miei animali sono molto diffidenti ed irrequieti, nel giro di pochi minuti sono stati messi a proprio agio e sono stati trattati senza alcuna difficoltà. Professionalism, availability and kindness. Every time I have brought my dog and cat I have been very pleased with how we have been treated. Even though my pets are very wary and restless, within minutes they were made comfortable and treated without any difficulty.
