Prima di lei ne ho provati altri, ma lei è la numero uno. Vedere i miei cani felici quando capiscono che stiamo andando da lei non ha prezzo! ? My two Shih Tzus love Laura. Ormai è da diverso tempo che le affido i miei cani e quello che mi piace di più e’ che dedica il giusto tempo ad un animale alla volta coccolandolo come si deve (a differenza di altre toelettarure dove lavano i cani in “batteria” in quanto per alcuni conta di più la quantità ?). Molto professionale, fidatissima e rigorosa . Per lei prima di tutto viene il “bene” dell’animale anche a costo di perdere un cliente. Le lascio i miei cani proprio senza pensieri! ❤️ Lala ’Pet is like a second home for my furry ones ? Laura is a very competent person and loves animals in the true sense of the word. For some time now I have entrusted my dogs to her and what I like most is that she dedicates the right time to one animal at a time pampering it properly (unlike other groomers where they wash the dogs in "battery" as for some, the quantity ? counts more. Very professional, very trustworthy and rigorous. For her, the "good" of the animal comes first of all, even at the cost of losing a customer. I leave my dogs without worries! ❤️

Oltre alla prima visita veterinaria ho cercato subito una toelettatura di Bassano del Grappa con ottime recensioni... ed ho trovato Laura. Professionale, gentile, educata, con grande capacità empatica (ora siamo amiche). Ci vado tutti i mesi, è un'appuntamento fisso, e la mia pelosa è felicissima... Non finirò mai di ringraziarla... non è un lavoro semplice, ma lei lo fa molto, molto bene. I adopted Danka 5 years ago. She is a springer spaniel and had been abandoned ... she was about 3 years old. In addition to the first vet visit, I immediately looked for a Bassano del Grappa grooming salon with excellent reviews ... and I found Laura. Professional, kind, polite, with great empathic ability (now we are friends). I go there every month, it's a regular appointment, and my hairy is very happy ... I'll never stop thanking her ... it's not an easy job, but she does it very, very well.
