Inoltre è molto disponibile, generosa nel lavoro (mi è capitato di doverla chiamare in orari non di lavoro e ha sempre risposto) ed empatica. Arianna has been my cat's veterinarian for years. Sulla sua scrivania c'è sempre un cestino pieno di biscotti che dispensa agli animali per farseli amici e far sì che la visita sia il meno traumatica possibile. Dà sempre tanti consigli sui comportamenti da tenere con il proprio animale, insomma, un buon riferimento in zona per ogni sua esigenza e cura. Solamente perché il mio cane aveva fatto delle analisi in precedenza da un'altra parte la dottoressa Novelli si pone in modo sgarbato nei miei confronti. Assolutamente sconsigliato! Se una persona non è in grado di stabilire un rapporto empatico con il proprietario non può curare un animale. All unica recensione negativa che è stata scritta vorrei dire che io sono tra i pochi veterinari che si avvale di collaborazioni anche esterne e sostiene sempre che il cane segua il suo veterinario originario. Contro il mio interesse. Quindi parole come sgarbato, speculazione e non empatico mi fanno sorridere perché sono lontane da ciò che è la mia professione, ognuno scelga il suo veterinario visto che siamo tanti ? Porto le mie cagnoline da quando erano cucciole e ancora oggi ogni volta che andiamo a fare visite/vaccini quando la vedono iniziano a farle le feste come fosse la prima volta. Super consigliata❤❤❤ Arianna is wonderful both as a person and as a veterinarian.
