Infatti, la dottoressa in questione, di fronte alle mie rimostranze per il tono sempre polemico e brusco con cui mi rispondeva al telefono, mi chiese espressamente di cambiare veterinario. Nonostante il mio gatto non fosse suo paziente( sic).

Estremamente gentile, accurata, mi ha consigliato nonostante non fosse ancora suo paziente. Quando ci ho portato il mio gatto ha fatto una visita accuratissima, suggerito il trattamento migliore e tenuto il gatto calmo nonostante sia forastico e poco abituato a uscire di casa. Bravissima professionista, non la ringrazierò mai abbastanza
