Lavoro svolto con precisione e i tecnici sono andati via lasciando tutto pulito. Attualmente attendo solo l'attivazione dell'impianto. Professionalism and seriousness distinguishes this company. Ma per onestà, invitai anche la quarta, la Energy Drive. Non solo la persona che mi ha presentato il prodotto era "a modo" e professionale, ma delle 4 fu l'unica che mi fece capire quali vantaggi avrei avuto con uno dei suoi impianti. E di vantaggi ne ho avuti più di quello che speravo. Il mio impianto è composto da pannelli, caldaia ibrida, inverter e acccumulo. Tanto per fare qualche cifra, nel 2020 ho risparmiato qualcosa come 2.700 euro, rispetto alla situazione che avevo prima dell'istallazione. P	Patrizio Antonelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sottoscrizione del contratto avvenuta a fine aprile e bonifico di acconto del 70% dell importo ( al quanto insolito) avvenuto il 5/05/2021 ad oggi non ho visto nemmeno una vite dell impianto fotovoltaico, e cosa ancora peggiore in 5 mesi nonostante le mie ripetute telefonate , messaggi WhatsApp, email nessuno di è mai degnato di rispondermi,capisco che il periodo storico non sia dei migliori, quindi sono consapevole che possano esserci dei ritardi per pervenire la materia prima, ma sarebbe bastata una semplice telefona , anche solo per spiegarmi e scusarsi di questo ritardo. La loro unica risposta è che il materiale risulta in consegna. Se dopo questo ultimo disperato tentativo di avere un contatto con un responsabile, non riceverò un riscontro, mi troverò costretto ad agire per vie legali richiedendo l annullamento del contratto ed il totale rimborso dell acconto. Bene, la sua preparazione, passione , disponibilità, anche in giorni festivi, mi hanno convinto ad istallare un impianto da 6 kw. Ho avuto la sua assistenza a qualsiasi dubbio o perplessità. La sua sincerità si è rilevata fondamentale per l investimento. I tecnici sono stati veloci e lavorato con precisione e pulizia. Soddisfatto di essere stato contattato da energy drive. Dopo 9 - 10 mesi che ho fatto il contratto con loro (bonus 110) gli ho dovuto mandare una PEC con minacce di recesso per farmi installare i pannelli.. In tempo record, 7 giorni dall'email, mi installano i pannelli solari e l'impianto, ma non è funzionante in quanto necessita di configurazione (2 ore di lavoro)? Non rispondono ai messaggi e in 20 giorni dall'installazione non si sono degnati di contattarci per quanto meno comunicarci gli step successivi. AGGIORNAMENTO L'impianto è stato completato dopo circa 30 giorni dalla posa in opera, per il momento funziona. Sono in attesa di tutta la documentazione a seguito del fine lavori. Aggiornamento 1: ho ricevuto la documentazione dopo circa 30 giorni. Aggiornamento aprile 2022: Solo dopo 7 mesi, si sono degnati di mandare la documentazione ad e-distribuzione per avviare la pratica dell'allaccio. L'impianto è spento da 9 mesi in quanto senza allaccio in rete, l'energia prodotta viene calcolata come consumo, e bollette salate. SONO DA EVITARE COME LA PESTE RISPOSTA ALLA RISPOSTA DEL PROPRIETARIO: Ok i ritardi, ok il covid, ok tutto... Ma sulla questione di aver mandato le pratiche di allaccio a EDISTRIBUZIONE dopo 7 mesi aver completato l'impianto a chi diamo la colpa? Putin? Nonostante un po di ritardo nell'installazione, dovuto purtroppo alla consegna posticipata del materiale da parte della casa madre e quindi non direttamente attribuibile ad Energy Drive, si sono fatti ampiamente perdonare mettendo in funzione l'impianto in un solo giorno. In quanto a produzione e consumi sono coerenti anche le previsioni fatte dal venditore che ha saputo correttamente dimensionare l'impianto in base alle mie esigenze. Qualche giorno prima mi chiamano dicendomi che il tecnico non può passare, ma organizziamo un appuntamento telefonico per lo stesso giorno. Nessuna chiamata arrivata. Azienda non affidabile.
