Dopo 9 mesi di attesa con solleciti e sopralluoghi e dopo le reiterate indirette rassicurazioni circa il buon fine della richiesta del superbonus, mi sono sentito dire dal titolare che sono pieni di lavoro e che quindi non potranno più seguire la mia pratica. Il tutto a 60 giorni dalla scadenza prevista per il 30% dei lavori ... in pratica saró anche io costretto a rinunciare all'agevolazione fiscale, motivo principale per cui avevo comprato casa e deciso di ristrutturarla. Ciò che mi ha più indignato è stata la loro arroganza ed assoluta assenza di empatia. Ditta da evitare nella maniera assoluta!
Bad experience! After 9 months of waiting with reminders and inspections and after the repeated indirect reassurances about the success of the superbonus request, I heard from the owner that they are full of work and therefore will no longer be able to follow my file. All 60 days from the deadline for 30% of the work ... in practice I will also be forced to give up the tax advantage, the main reason why I bought a house and decided to renovate it. What outraged me most was their arrogance and absolute lack of empathy. Firm to be avoided absolutely!
