★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se ci fosse la possibilità di dare zero lo farei di sicuro. Ho affidato il mio cane a questa struttura per la sterilizzazione. L operazione è avvenuta in un'altra struttura.
Partiamo dal fatto che la "dottoressa???" cervigni(volutamente scritto in minuscolo), non si è accorta neanche che il cane aveva avuto una gravidanza isterica ed era quindi piena di latte che ormai stava trasformandosi in mastite. (né lei né gli altri incompetenti della struttura dove è stato eseguito l'intervento).
Dopo l operazione abbiamo fissato la visita di controllo direttamente dopo una settimana, ovviamente la cosa mi è parsa strana. Nei 3 giorni a seguire nonostante io avessi comunicato telefonicamente che la ferita era piena di pus mi è stato detto che non era il caso di vederla, che era normale e mi è stata suggerito l'uso di una pomata blanda. Il giorno prima della visita scopro che in realtà la "dottoressa" è fuori sede per un corso per tale motivo non dava appuntamento, né mi suggeriva di recarmi presso un altro studio di fiducia per una valutazione della ferita, anzi, l appuntamento mi è stato slittato di altri 3giorni.
Portando il cane altrove hanno trovato la ferita in condizioni ovviamente pessime, piena di infezione, maleodorante, con le mammelle piene di latte ormai verdognolo.
Probabilmente dovrà subire un nuovo intervento perché ormai il tessuto è morto e non recuperabile.
Se ci tenete al vostro animale, andate anche da un macellaio,, ma evitate questa incompetente, negligente che nonostante sapesse di non poter essere reperibile nei giorni a seguire, ha operato comunque il mio cane, lasciando tral l'altro una cicatrice orrenda.

Let's start from the fact that the "doctor ???" cervigni (deliberately written in lowercase), she did not even notice that the dog had had a hysterical pregnancy and was therefore full of milk which was now turning into mastitis. (neither she nor the other incompetents of the facility where the intervention was performed).
After the operation we fixed the check-up directly after a week, obviously it seemed strange to me. In the 3 days that followed, although I had communicated by telephone that the wound was full of pus, I was told that it was not necessary to see it, that it was normal and I was advised to use a mild ointment. The day before the visit I discover that in reality the "doctor" is out of office for a course for this reason, she did not make an appointment, nor did she suggest that I go to another trusted office for an assessment of the wound, indeed, the appointment was postponed for another 3 days.
Taking the dog elsewhere they found the wound in obviously bad condition, full of infection, smelly, with breasts full of greenish milk.
He will probably have to undergo a new surgery because by now the tissue is dead and not recoverable.
If you care about your pet, also go to a butcher, but avoid this incompetent, negligent who despite knowing that he cannot be found in the following days, has operated on my dog anyway, leaving a horrible scar.
