★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giorno 3luglio ho portato la mia cagnolina in gravissime condizioni in questa clinica ,mi ha accolto un medico arrogante e senza cuore che per prima cosa mi ha fatto sapere il prezzo della visita, 85 Euro .dopo aver effettuato una visita di 3 dico 3 minuti mi ha proposto di ricoverarla ,e mi ha fatto un prospetto di spesa che oscillava dai 2.3 Milà euro. L'ho riportata a casa dove è morta serenamente dopo qualche ora.speculate sui sentimenti delle persone.mi avete fatto una bruttissima impressione,a mai più

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio gatto di 6 anni in questa struttura visto che il numero delle emergenze del veterinario non rispondeva. Il mio gatto accasciandosi a terra e non aveva segni di vita disperata lo abbiamo portato lì ..dove lo prendono in cura dicendomi che il gatto e’ in situazione critica che non avrebbe passato la notte…che dovevano chiamare la anestesista ( prezzo della chiamata 118€ +120€ per fare L anestesia al gatto)perché dovevano urgentemente fare una disostruzione ..e partono con un preventivo per 4 giorni di 1.400€ di cui tra un po’ mi accascio io a terra…passo la notte insonne con la paura che il gatto non passasse la notte mi chiamano verso le 4 e mezza dicendo che la disostruzione è andata bene ma che il gatto aveva bisogno della dialisi…ma che il prezzo non sarebbe stato quello ma che si aggirava sui 6.000€ decido di comune accordo di portare il gatto in custodia dal mio veterinario il giorno dopo lo vado a prendere ancora mezzo morto e mi fa una fattura di una notte di 573€ ( una notte è vergognoso!!!)mai più!!!
I took my 6 year old cat to this facility as the vet's emergency number was unresponsive. My cat collapsed on the ground and had no signs of desperate life we took him there ... where they take care of him by telling me that the cat is in a critical situation that he would not spend the night ... that they had to call the anesthetist (price of the call 118 € + 120 € to do the anesthesia to the cat) because they urgently had to do a clearing .. and they start with a quote for 4 days of 1,400 € of which in a while I fall to the ground ... I spend a sleepless night with the fear that the cat does not spend the night they call me at about 4 and a half saying that the unblocking went well but that the cat needed dialysis ... but that the price would not have been that but it was around € 6,000 I decide by mutual agreement to bring the cat in custody by my vet the next day I go to take it still half dead and it makes me a one night bill of 573 € (one night is shameful !!!) never again !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volendo dare un giudizio sulla mia esperienza personale avuta con questo centro questo può essere solo positivo. L'umanità e la professionalità del dott. Spaziante e della, dott. ssa anestesista, di cui non ricordo il nome, rivolta alla mia piccola Amelie e a me è stata commovente. Mi hanno dato spiegazioni complete e chiare e in una situazione decisionale difficile. Mi hanno dato tutto il tempo per decidere durante il quale ho più volte chiesto chiarimenti e altrettante volte avuto spiegazioni. La diagnosi purtroppo è stata nefasta ma la consapevolezza di aver fatto tutto per la mia piccola amica mi lascia seppur addolorato sereno. Ancora grazie per tutto e continuate cosi.
Wanting to give an opinion on my personal experience with this center this can only be positive. The humanity and professionalism of Dr. Spaziante and of, dr. anesthetist, whose name I do not remember, addressed to my little Amelie and to me it was moving. They gave me complete and clear explanations and in a difficult decision making situation. They gave me all the time to decide during which I asked for clarification several times and as many times had explanations. Unfortunately, the diagnosis was unfortunate but the awareness of having done everything for my little friend leaves me in pain, serene. Thanks again for everything and keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi è stata consigliata dal mio veterinario. Il mio piccolo labrador, dopo aver subito un intervento presso la clinica di San Biagio dovuto ad un'ostruzione intestinale, è stato trasferito in questa struttura ospedaliera perché necessitava di una terapia intensiva.
Arrivati siamo stati accolti con grande professionalità tanto che sono venuti fino in macchina con la barella x portarlo dentro, in tempi celeri.
Qui, dopo la notte, il mio piccolo ha dovuto subire un'altra operazione perché le suture avevano ceduto.
Il suo decorso dopo l'intervento non ha subito dato i risultati sperati, in quanto non rispondeva alla terapia.
Complicazioni su complicazioni.
L'equipe di medici hanno fatto i salti mortali per riuscire a sbloccare quella situazione drammatica e surreale. Rou
Ringrazio per gli aggiornamenti tempestivi, x la cordialità (nonostante le mie mille telefonate) e per la passione che li contraddistingue.
Dopo una settimana d'inferno sono riuscita a portare a casa il mio piccolo, un'emozione indescrivibile.
Il suo recupero sarà graduale, ma ritornerà presto alla normalità!
Il costo che abbiamo dovuto affrontare è stato importante.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono arrivata dalla Romagna a Futuravet su indicazione del mio medico veterinario dott.Mauro Capra di Lugo... la situazione della mia cagnolina, Ginalollobrigida, era molto grave... e le aspettative non erano delle più rosee. Dopo una T.a.c. eseguita da loro e dopo avere visto la clinica l'organizzazione e cosa più importante la competenza e l'umanità dei medici mi sono affidata a loro senza pensarci ulteriormente.
L'intervento, molto complicato, è andato bene.
Gina è stata ricoverata presso la clinica una settimana con una assistenza degna di una delle migliori cliniche. I medici mi riferivano più volte al giorno sul decorso del ricovero e di tutte le terapie eseguite nelle 24 ore per 7 giorni.
Tutti medici giovani e, ripeto, competenti.
Consiglio assolutamente Futuravet.
E non lo dico, solo, perché Gina è ora qui con me e sta bene.

I arrived from Romagna to Futuravet on the recommendation of my veterinarian Dr. Mauro Capra di Lugo ... the situation of my dog, Ginalollobrigida, was very serious ... and the expectations were not the most optimistic. After a T.a.c. performed by them and after having seen the clinic, the organization and more importantly, the competence and humanity of the doctors I entrusted to them without thinking further.
The very complicated surgery went well.
Gina was admitted to the clinic for a week with care worthy of one of the best clinics. The doctors reported to me several times a day on the course of hospitalization and all the therapies performed in the 24 hours for 7 days.
All young doctors and, I repeat, competent.
I absolutely recommend Futuravet.
And I don't say that, just, because Gina is now here with me and she's fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentilissimo e competente. Sono dovuta ricorrere alla clinica veterinaria per il mio gatto che non sapevo cosa avesse. Il personale ha subito preso in carico il suo caso, mi ha esposto la diagnosi e le relative spese da sostenere. Alla fine ho deciso di fargli fare le cure salva vita e già all'uscita Marmellata stava molto meglio, gli avevano messo un tappetino igienico ed inoltre lo avevano un po' pulito cosa che io non avevo fatto perché erroneamente credevo si fosse ferito. Mi sono stati riconsegnati tutti i documenti, le relative informazioni, i campioni e pure cosa somministrargli. Molto professionali e ripeto molto gentili.
Very kind and competent staff. I had to go to the veterinary clinic for my cat that I didn't know what he had. The staff immediately took charge of his case, exposed me the diagnosis and the related expenses to be incurred. In the end I decided to have him undergo the life-saving treatments and already at the Jam exit he was much better, they had put a hygienic mat on him and also had him cleaned a bit, which I had not done because I mistakenly believed he had injured himself. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio cucciolo di due mesi e mezzo di spitz di pomerania in questa struttura, con sintomi come vomito, inappetenza e apatia.
Dopo aver speso la bellezza di 600 euro per un giorno e mezzo di ricovero, mi hanno ridato il mio cucciolo Peter dicendomi che stava bene che aveva un gastroenterite sicuramente alimentare ( quando in realtà il cibo che mi hanno somministrato loro era lo stesso che gli stavo già dando) e che non aveva bisogno di cure specifiche se non fermenti e gastroprotettore.
Appena tornato a casa il cucciolo ha ricominciato con i sintomi sopra elencati. Mi sono cosi recata dal mio veterinario di fiducia dove leggendo gli esami fatti alla Futuravet è saltato fuori che molto probabilmente il cucciolo aveva una broncopolmonite in corso. Per poi ripeter le esami delle feci(gia effettuato in questa struttura con esito negativo su tutto) e scoprire che ha il parassita della Giardia. Incredula della superficilità avuta, mia madre è andata a chiedere spiegazioni, per poi tornare a casa con un foglio su scritto che il cucciolo era stato rimandato a casa solamente perchè aveva un solo vaccino, essendo ancora molto piccolo. Quindi non perchè avevano risolto le problematiche che aveva riscontrato.
Sono giorni che mando e-mail per avere un chiarimento su tutto senza alcuna risposta. L'unica cosa a cui sono veramente interessato è il portafoglio. Se volete salvere i vostri cuccioli portateli ovunque e non qui.

As soon as he got home, the puppy started again with the symptoms listed above. So I went to my trusted veterinarian where reading the tests done at Futuravet it turned out that most likely the puppy had ongoing bronchopneumonia. To then repeat the stool tests (already carried out in this facility with negative results on everything) and discover that it has the Giardia parasite. Incredulous of the superficiality she had, my mother went to ask for explanations, and then returned home with a sheet on which the puppy had been sent home only because he had only one vaccine, being still very young. So not because they had solved the problems he had encountered.
I have been sending e-mails for days to get a clarification on everything without any response. The only thing I'm really interested in is the wallet. If you want to save your puppies, take them everywhere and not here.

Despite very few available options, the clinic saw us immediately, admitted him and quickly set him up on IV and medication for a suspected poisoning. Doctors Fabiola and Giulia were very attentive, insisted on keeping him for 24 hour observation, and made themselves fully available when we called for updates. They even called around local clinics when they realized we were only in the area for the day. Ultimately we decided to keep with their very professional clinic and level of service. The bill was very reasonable for the services rendered and level of attention given. 5stars++
