★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordinato le scarpe dal sito mi hanno mandato una imail di presa visione dell'ordine e poi mi hanno contattato con un messaggio chiedendo se l'indirizzo era giusto e poi sono arrivate le scarpe bellissime e perfette... consiglio vivamente il negozio veloce e gentile.
 Ordered the shoes from the site they sent me an imail to check the order and then they contacted me with a message asking if the address was right and then the beautiful and perfect shoes arrived ... I highly recommend the fast and kind shop .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono profondamente deluso dal servizio pessimo ricevuto da questi dilettanti .
Inviare una giacca di pregio con la prima gruccia vecchia avanzo di magazzino ben più larga ( non del marchio del prodotto ) delle spalle della giacca stessa e poi dopo averli esortati a inviarmi quella giusta me ne inviano un'altra stavolta del marchio ( Tagliatore ) ma di un altro capo .. naturalmente molto larga tanto che se la usassi deformerei il capo da che la gruccia entra nelle maniche della giacca .
Per tutta risposta l'addetto alle vendite online tal Pierpaolo mi liquida ( dopo avergli fatto notare l'ennesimo errore ) che la vita continua ..

I am deeply disappointed with the bad service received from these amateurs.
Send a valuable jacket with the first old stock hanger much wider (not the product brand) than the shoulders of the jacket itself and then after urging them to send me the right one they send me another one this time of the brand (Tagliatore) but of another garment .. naturally very wide so that if I used it I would deform the garment from which the hanger enters the sleeves of the jacket.
In response, the online salesperson tal Pierpaolo liquidates me (after pointing out yet another mistake) that life goes on ..
Incapable and insolent.
