Peccato che, quando la mia gattina era sul punto di morire (le era partito un trombo nella gamba e stava soffrendo atrocemente), ho cercato ripetutamente Roberta (alle 19 di sabato) e lei non ha risposto alle chiamate e ai messaggi. Eppure sapevamo che quel momento sarebbe arrivato. Ho dovuto quindi rivolgermi ad un altro veterinario che ha fatto l'eutanasia alla mia gattina e che mi è stato vicino in quel momento delicato e molto triste. Roberta non mi ha mai più contattata per sapere come stesse la gattina e come avessi risolto. Va bene non essere reperibili 24 ore su 24, ma penso che una veterinaria dovrebbe mostrare un minimo di sensibilità anche verso gli esseri umani. A big disappointment. I trusted her and with her I was making a sweet accompaniment to the death of my 15-year-old terminally ill cat. It is a pity that when my kitten was about to die (a thrombus in her leg had started and she was suffering terribly), I repeatedly looked for Roberta (at 7pm on Saturday) and she did not answer calls and messages. Yet we knew that that moment would come. I therefore had to turn to another veterinarian who did euthanasia to my kitten and who was close to me in that delicate and very sad moment. Roberta never contacted me again to find out how she was the kitten and how I had solved it. It's okay not to be available 24 hours a day, but I think a veterinarian should show a minimum of sensitivity also to humans.
