★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato da loro una caldaia a condensazione e con l'installazione ho pagato il tutto quasi 3000 euro.Risultato, caldaia installata senza dosatore polifosfati(obbligatorio per legge) e senza defangatore,quando ho fatto notare la cosa mi hanno liquidato con un :"Appena ho un attimo passo!".Ad oggi, 6 mesi dopo non si è visto nessuno e non rispondono neanche al telefono.
Inoltre per avere il documento di iscrizione al Criter ho dovuto fare un infinita di telefonate presso il loro ufficio.
Sconsiglio Vivamente
I bought a condensing boiler from them and with the installation I paid almost € 3,000. Result, boiler installed without polyphosphate dispenser (required by law) and without dirt separator, when I pointed out they dismissed me with a: " As soon as I have a moment! ". To date, 6 months later, no one has been seen or even answered by telephone.
In addition to having the Criter registration document I had to make endless calls at their office.
I strongly advise against it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi pessimi pessimi!! Il condizionatore (pagato caro) non ha mai funzionato correttamente, non hanno mai capito perché e alla fine sono spariti… ora arrivano gli avvocati…
Bad bad bad! The air conditioner (paid dearly) never worked properly, they never understood why and in the end they disappeared ... now the lawyers arrive ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li sconsiglio vivamente!! Abbiamo acquistato nel 2019 l'impianto di climatizzazione da Idroterm che ha provveduto all'installazione. Ad oggi, 2 anni dopo, non funziona ancora. Dopo alcuni tentativi infruttuosi di riparare gli allacci fatti da loro (abbiamo dovuto attendere mesi prima che si degnassero di intervenire) non possiamo usare l'impianto né per il condizionamento estivo né per il riscaldamento invernale.
I strongly advise against them !! We purchased the air conditioning system from Idroterm in 2019 which installed it. As of today, 2 years later, it still doesn't work. After some unsuccessful attempts to repair the connections made by them (we had to wait months before they deigned to intervene) we cannot use the system for either summer air conditioning or winter heating.
