★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto un'emergenza martedì 15, ho fatto un giro di chiamate e, a parte che per questo ambulatorio non esistono orari chiamo e la segreteria mi indirizza ad un altro numero per parlare con il veterinario, chiamo questo numero e dopo due squilli la chiamata si interrompe. Al 4° o 5° tentativo lascio perdere e passo a chiamare altre cliniche. L'ambulatorio poteva essere chiuso giustamente ma senza orari come posso saperlo? E credo che per un attività del genere avere gli orari di apertura sia essenziale.
I had an emergency on Tuesday 15th, I made a round of calls and, apart from that for this clinic there are no times I call and the secretary directs me to another number to speak to the vet, I call this number and after two rings the call it stops. At the 4th or 5th attempt I give up and go to call other clinics. The clinic could have been closed rightly but without timetables how can I know? And I believe that for such a business having opening hours is essential.
