D	Django on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profondamente deluso,amareggiato e molto incazzato!in data 5/5/2020, mia mamma portò da loro un cucciolo di lepre trovato nelle campagne di collecchio e quasi immobile,considerando che il più vicino centro per animali selvatici non è aperto,consigliai di portarlo dai veterinari che frequentiamo da almeno 35 anni,visto che era a 2 passi e non c'era tempo da perdere credetti fosse la cosa più giusta,la risposta di Raffaela(veterinaria) è stata: adesso non ho tempo e non ho nemmeno il latte! Magari lascialo qui che alle 13 lo guardo! Risposta inammissibile,triste ed ingiusta..senza nemmeno dare a mia madre una alternativa,dove poterlo portare o cosa cercare di fare!il nulla!ma che razza di veterinario si comporta in questo vile modo?solo cani e gatti quindi?in un momento di emergenza non si è degnata ne di aiutare ne di indicare l'alternativa..per me questo non è un comportamento da veterinario! Questa piccola lepre è morta poco dopo,senza aver avuto il benché minimo aiuto da parte di chi le vite dovrebbe salvarle! Avete completamente perso sia la mia stima che un cliente!vergogna! Consigliatissimo. Raffaella, Valentina and Elvira are professional people, very well prepared and also attentive to the psychology of the owner who, as in my case, being very apprehensive, needs more attention in the treatment of the diagnosis and prognosis of his 4-legged friend.
