Unreliable insecurity .... the vet made us pay twice for an intervention by her mistake ... I have no words ... prices not normal ... I do not recommend this clinic.

In medicina non è tutto bianco o tutto nero, ci sono molte variabili correlate alla risposta individuale del paziente ed alla gravità del problema clinico. In questo caso, per entrambe le motivazioni, che vi sono state più volte spiegate, è stato necessario sottoporre il cane ad un secondo intervento e solo all'occhio con il problema più grave. L'esito della seconda chirurgia ha dato esito perfetto. Riguardo il prezzo, ricordo che noi siamo liberi professionisti e non abbiamo mutua. Vi è stato mostrato fin da subito un preventivo, che voi avete accettato. Cordialmente vi saluto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Direi che per le piccole cose possono anche andare, per operazioni o altro più impegnativo assolutamente no.
Il nostro cane sembrava avesse qualcosa nell'orecchio e andasse operato. Invece non c'era nulla. Le dottoresse erano insicure e hanno svolto un intervento inutile ed evitabile. Per niente professionali.
Da chiedere almeno un secondo parere prima di far interventi sui vostri animali, ve lo consiglio nel loro bene.

Our dog seemed to have something in his ear and had to be operated on. Instead there was nothing. The female doctors were unsure and performed an unnecessary and avoidable intervention. Not at all professional.
To ask at least a second opinion before making interventions on your animals, I recommend it for their good.

Ho portato il mio bovaro del bernese per fare un intervento di palpebra rientrante in entrambi gli occhi... non riuscito bene per una sua grande insicurezza comunque io ho pagato. Dopo 10 giorni ho dovuto riportarlo per fare un controllo e ha dovuto rioperarlo la seconda volta (due anestesie in un mese) perché non aveva tolto abbastanza palpebra ed il cane era sempre sofferente. Mi ha fatto ripagare per un suo errore ed oltretutto mi aveva fatto un preventivo e quando ho dovuto saldare ha aumentato pure il prezzo.Professionalità e
comunicazione non sa nemmeno che cosa siano!!!! Doveva fare un altro mestiere secondo me!!!! Non fidatevi è veramente una veterinaria(ha scritto così fuori dalla porta) senza nessuna sensibilità né verso il cane né tanto meno verso le persone.... Esperienza da dimenticare.... Pensateci bene prima di fare seguire il vostro pelosetto da lei.... Non merita davvero!!!!!
Not recommended !!!!! I took my Bernese Mountain Dog to have a retracting eyelid surgery on both eyes ... it was not successful due to his great insecurity, however I paid. After 10 days I had to bring him back for a checkup and he had to reoperate it the second time (two anesthesia in a month) because he hadn't removed enough eyelid and the dog was always in pain. He made me pay for one of his mistakes and moreover he gave me a quote and when I had to pay he also increased the price.

Do not trust, she is really a veterinarian (she wrote so outside the door) with no sensitivity either towards the dog or towards people .... Experience to forget .... Think about it before letting your little dog follow her. ... Not really worth it !!!!!
