Ci hanno ridato l’appuntamento dopo 15 giorni e la mattina del giorno prestabilito ci hanno telefonato per dirci che il dottore non sarebbe potuto venire in studio perchè malato. Non ho più ripreso appuntamento e mai lo riprenderó. Non è serio un servizio come questo, chi prende appuntamento con un medico lo prende perché ne ha bisogno e come minimo devono esserci dei sostituti se il dottore è indisposto.
By appointment, arrived at the studio and the doctor was not there, we were not told the reason. They gave us the appointment after 15 days and on the morning of the fixed day they phoned to tell us that the doctor could not have come to the studio because he was sick. I have not taken up an appointment and never will take it back. A service like this is not serious, whoever makes an appointment with a doctor takes it because he needs it and at least there must be substitutes if the doctor is indisposed.
