Sia il dermatologo, l’infermiera che il responsabile all’accoglienza, dimostrano una grande competenza, professionalità e soprattutto un ascolto e una sensibilità che va oltre al rapporto professionale… ben superiore a qualsiasi clinica/equipe medicale che ho visitato in 20 anni. Raccomando l’ambulatorio di Montespertoli ad occhi chiusi. New clinic, nice and welcoming, where I had to make more visits. I immediately found myself at ease, as if I were "one of the family". Both the dermatologist, the nurse and the reception manager demonstrate great competence, professionalism and above all a listening and sensitivity that goes beyond the professional relationship ... far superior to any clinic / medical team I have visited in 20 years. All'atto dell'accettazione per accedere al servizio siamo stati respinti causa assenza del cartaceo. Non è concepibile che in epoca di digitalizzazione chiedano ancora il cartaceo, se ho effettuato prenotazione vuol dire che la ricetta esiste bastava fare una ricerca, probabilmente ai privati da fastidio se uno va con il SSN. Naturalmente rifiuterò qualsiasi altro appuntamento presso tale struttura anche se volessi pagare. Spreco di tempo e di benzina. Un grazie sincero a Tommaso, Cecilia e Silvio. Servizio da consigliare assolutamente.
