★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto, vedendo tre persone in fila dentro al negozio, se potevo intanto caricare tre sacchi di pellet in macchina. Mi è stato risposto che saltavo così la fila. Massima scortesia! Non ho saltato nessuna fila infatti perchè poi ho aspettato il mio turno per pagare, evitando così di creare ulteriore stazionamento in negozio e evitando inoltre la fatica del carico del pellet al gestore. Veramente triste vedere la poca gentilezza gratuita.
I asked, seeing three people lined up inside the shop, if I could in the meantime load three bags of pellets into the car. I was told that I was skipping the line. Maximum rudeness! In fact, I didn't skip any line because I then waited for my turn to pay, thus avoiding creating additional parking in the shop and also avoiding the effort of loading the pellets to the manager. Really sad to see the little free kindness.
