★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendo da 2 mesi per il primo pasaporto stamatina 1 mi a insultato personale maleducato da licenziare subito 2 anni di inpegnio alla fine mi insulta dicendomi e signior drago lei a 50 anni lo ciede ma io ne o 27 per lesatezza li chiedo e il mio diritto avere il mio pasaporto mi chiude il telefono in facia
I have been at work for 2 months for the first passport this morning 1 I insulted rude staff to be fired immediately 2 years of inpegnio at the end insults me by telling me and sir dragon she sells it at 50 but I am or 27 for accuracy I ask them and my right to have my passport closes my phone in facia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ viene richiesto un Nulla Osta per uso matrimonio e nel 2022 l' unico modo di ottenerlo è recarsi direttamente all'ufficio di roma di persona.
Dopo 3 telefonate per cercare chiarimento la signora che risponde si altera dicendo che le sto facendo perdere tempo, non curante del fatto che lei pretende che noi si faccia un viaggio di oltre 1000 km per un documento che potrebbe essere tranquillamente fatto in modo digitale.
La sgarbatezza e la non curanza delle necessità del cittadino sono il loro stendardo possibile solo grazie al fatto che loro sono dentro gli uffici e tu sei un povero cittadino che deve sottostare ai loro capricci.
PESSIMA GESTIONE

a Nulla Osta is requested for marriage use and in 2022 the only way to obtain it is to go directly to the Rome office in person.
After 3 phone calls to seek clarification, the lady who answers is upset saying that I am wasting her time, regardless of the fact that she expects us to travel over 1000 km for a document that could easily be done digitally.
The rudeness and the carelessness of the citizen's needs are their standard possible only thanks to the fact that they are inside the offices and you are a poor citizen who has to submit to their whims.
