Even though we arrived before the appointment time, the Embassy employee (unfortunately I don’t remember her name…) accepted us immediately. With a great patience and kindness, she explained how to fill out different kinds of forms. When we had the difficulty to use the computer in the reception room she even came out of her office remaining with us all the time until the completion of the procedures. A big thanks!!! Ieri sono andata all'Ambasciata, con un'amica per ottenere un documento di delega e per lo scambio di patenti di guida. Anche se siamo arrivate prima dell'orario dell'appuntamento, l'impiegata dell'Ambasciata (purtroppo non ricordo il suo nome ...) ci ha accettato immediatamente. Con grande pazienza e gentilezza, ha spiegato come compilare diversi tipi di moduli. Quando abbiamo avuto difficoltà a usare il computer nella sala di ricevimento, è persino uscita dal suo ufficio rimanendo con noi tutto il tempo fino al completamento delle procedure. H	H K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 도움을 받은 일이 있어 글을 남깁니다. 보름 전쯤 로마에서 지갑을 분실했는데 운이 좋게도 습득한 분께서 온전한 상태로 대사관에 맡겨주셨습니다. 당시 핸드폰 불량으로 전화를 받지 못했습니다만, 대사관 측에서는 분실한 저녁부터 다음날 오후까지 종일 최선을 다해 연락해 주셨습니다. :) 소식을 받아보게 된 날이 주말 전 오후여서, 찾으러 간다면 대사관 퇴근 시간을 살짝 넘기는 상황이었는데도 괜찮다 기다리겠다고 안심시켜 주셔서 마음 편히 찾으러 갈 수 있었습니다. 도착하자 이광현 영사님과 김지훈 실무관님께서 친절하게 안내하며 상황을 설명해주셨고요. 마침 습득한 분께서 멀지 않은 곳에 계시다고 들었기 때문에 저희가 양해를 부탁드리고 도움을 받아, 전화통화는 물론 직접 방문하여 감사인사를 드릴 수 있었습니다. 시간도 지체되었고, 저희가 직접 방문하고 싶어한 것도 어쩌면 곤란하고 번거로운 부탁이었을 텐데 외려 실무관님을 대동시켜 주시면서까지 성심있게 도와주셨습니다. 덕분에 여행이 즐겁고 감사한 경험과 기억으로 잘 마무리될 수 있었습니다. 깊이 감사드립니다. 타국에서 고생하시는 직원 분들 모두 새해 복 많이 받으시길 바랍니다. ^^ I have been helped, so I write. I lost my wallet in Rome about half a day ago, and fortunately it was left to the embassy intact. I couldn't answer the phone because of bad cell phone at the time, The embassy contacted me all day, from the lost evening to the next afternoon. :) The day I got the news was the afternoon before the weekend. I was assured that I would wait, so I was able to go looking for it. Upon arrival, Consul General Gwang-hyun Lee and Ji-Hoon Kim explained the situation with kindness. I heard that the person who acquired it is not far away We thanked you for your patience and help, and we were able to thank you in person as well as by telephone. The time was delayed, and it was a difficult and cumbersome request that we wanted to visit in person. He helped me with my staff. This has helped me to end my trip with a pleasant and grateful experience and memories. Thank you very much. I wish you all a happy new year. ^^

V	Vincenzo Lentini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O hanno cambiato personale recentemente, o non trovo comprensibili alcune tra le valutazioni più basse che ho letto il questa pagina. La mia esperienza è stata del tutto diversa: personale carinissimo, gentile, con tanta pazienza e sempre pronto a dare una mano, in particolare la responsabile della sezione visti si è rivelata una persona comprensiva e di estrema competenza. Le uniche cose vere sono legate al parcheggio: state attenti perché non è sempre facile trovarlo e anche i mezzi a Roma portano ritardi frequenti, il mio consiglio è di arrivare in taxi (con circa 10€ da Roma Termini); e anche che talvolta, in particolare in questo periodo segnato dal COVID-19, non è sempre facile prendere subito la linea quando si chiama l'ambasciata (sono davvero carichi di lavoro). Poi può umanamente capitare ad una persona che lavora con centinaia di pratiche di perdere le staffe con qualcuno, ma c'è da capire anche il perché succede e da chi è davvero viene la responsabilità di un tale atteggiamento! Io ho chiamato e mandato mail all'ambasciata decine di volte, anche con insistenza e nello stesso giorno e non ho mai avuto un trattamento del genere! Either they've recently changed staff, or I don't find some of the lower ratings I read on this page understandable. My experience was completely different: very nice staff, kind, with a lot of patience and always ready to lend a hand, in particular the head of the visa section proved to be an understanding and extremely competent person. The only real things are related to parking: be careful because it is not always easy to find it and even the means of transport in Rome lead to frequent delays, my advice is to arrive by taxi (with about € 10 from Rome Termini); and also that sometimes, particularly in this period marked by COVID-19, it is not always easy to immediately take the line when calling the embassy (they are really workloads). Then it can humanly happen to a person who works with hundreds of practices of losing one's temper with someone, but it is also necessary to understand why it happens and from who it really is the responsibility for such an attitude! I have called and emailed the embassy dozens of times, even with insistence and on the same day and I have never had such treatment!
Y	Yassmine Kamal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi dare 10 stelle le darei. Ho avuto a che vedere con diversi consolati e questo è uno dei migliori in termini di trattamento. Sono gentili, professionali, precisi,VELOCI,disponibili e soprattutto RISPONDONO. Parlano anche un ottimo italiano. Rispondo alle email e al telefono quasi subito e con molta gentilezza a differenza della maggior parte(non tutte)delle istituzioni italiane...che ahimè,sono quello che sono... In particolare vorrei ringraziare miss Byeon,dell' ufficio legalizzazioni. È stata estremamente disponibile e gentilissima nonostante fossimo stati molto insistenti con le email. Il consolato non è molto grande ma è pulito,ci sono riviste e opuscoli sulla cultura coreana e anche un dispenser di acqua. Se posso dare un consiglio,migliorerei il sito. Per il resto posso dire solo cose positive. Li ringrazio dal profondo del cuore per non aver mortificato con le lungaggini della burocrazia il mio entusiasmo. Grazie davvero. If I could give 10 stars I would give it. I have dealt with several consulates and this is one of the best in terms of treatment. They are kind, professional, precise, FAST, helpful and most of all they RESPOND. They also speak excellent Italian. I answer emails and the phone almost immediately and with a lot of kindness unlike most (not all) of the Italian institutions ... which alas, I am what I am ... In particular, I would like to thank Miss Byeon, from the Legalization Office. She was extremely helpful and very kind even though we were very pushy with emails. The consulate is not very big but it is clean, there are magazines and brochures on Korean culture and even a water dispenser. If I can give any advice, I would improve the site. For the rest I can only say positive things. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for not having mortified my enthusiasm with the delays of bureaucracy. Thank you very much.

They don't respond to emails, waiting on the phone is ridiculous. I spend hours waiting for someone to answer and still haven't been able to talk to anyone.
