Very nice looking place. Unfortunately that’s where the joys end. The service was terrible, it felt like we were treated by first timers. Barely any information on how anything works, just some minor health disclaimer about how much time you can spend in the sauna, which we figured to be a health concern rather than a limitation after some thinking, but more wasn’t mentioned. There was a tea pot full of tea, no words lost on that. No word lost on the food that was prepared and no words lost on how the jacuzzi worked. Fortunately it wasn’t all that complicated but it felt like children being put into Disneyland for kids, not told anything and given free roam time. Felt truly clueless. The sauna had barely any water to put on the stones - it ended up being enough but seeing a bit more than a few ml would’ve been more appreciated. The jacuzzi started heavily foaming after 30minutes, indicating something went wrong in balancing the chemistry of the water or it was cleaned improperly. The “glass” we were handed to have our champagne in was of cheap plastic which felt like an insult. The food was okay, pretty normal stuff. The rainwater shower was a nice touch. Returning to the service, we were given cheap one time use ridiculous excuse of sandal-things so we wouldn’t slide around and fall, but, whilst doing their jobs they quite frankly felt like they’d decompose at any second. We were given a towel and that’s it. Nothing about whether you use a bathing suit or stay “naked” or clothed, all to be determined by yourself. Post spa session was another terrible service experience, we were informed that we can change for the massage, but not really told what to change. Turns out, after waiting for a few minutes and having to ask, that how we were was just fine. After having to ask again due to no communication for another few minutes, we were eventually told they would come to us once we’re ready. Moving onto the massage itself it felt more like an annoying sibling caressing your body with smelly oil rather than a good feeling extensive massage which one would expect. All in all rather than feeling like a well appreciated and treated customer we felt more like being a nuisance to the staff due to the under 40 words or so that were exchanged, in a very informal manner nonetheless. Verdict: For the area, sure, try it out. Skip the massage though it’s a waste of time and money. If any tourists are thinking about it, don’t do it. There’s much better experiences to be had. Also, good luck finding out when the place is open, because there’s a complete lack of information about when their working hours are. You just have to get lucky and call at the right time.
