Congratulations to the managers and waitresses who always welcome you with sympathy and a smile on their lips

Cameriere disattente solo per dare la precedenza ad un tavolata maggiore più di 10 persone,non ti calcolano se hai bisogno di una bottiglia d’acqua o qualsiasi cosa,data l’attesa immensa,visto che sia che l’acqua che la birra erano diventate calde. Pessima esperienza 1 and a half hours of waiting for dinner. 2 potatoes and peppers 2 donuts, simple dishes and very fast in theory. Mise en place spartana che nulla sottrae alla caratteristica del posto. Anzi, come in ogni buona officina, si usano le mani per gustare la pinsa. A proposito, non l'avevamo ancora provata nella versione croccante. Ci è piaciuta molto. Beautiful location in a square without traffic where you can stay in peace, "disturbed" only by the pleasant chatter of children playing. Spartan mise en place that takes nothing away from the characteristic of the place. Indeed, as in any good workshop, the hands are used to taste pinsa.
