★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you search on booking.com this hotel is being categorized as a family friendly hotel but i called this morning and the hotel doesnt provide all the facilties required to travel with a newborn who has just started to eat.its not allowed even to use an electric plate in the hotel to cook pasta for the small one's meal..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here with my girlfriend to spend a relaxing weekend in these amazing mountains and landscape. The staff is friendly and professional, despite some issues during check-in and check-out due to a reservation mistake (room numbers inverted) they have been able to promptly solve the issue very fast. The hotel offers several services such as SPA (sauna, massage service, swimming pool). The restaurant is very good and dishes are made with great quality ingredients. Price aligned to the market segment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an ok hotel. It's definitely higher in number of stars than the surrounding alternative but...
- it comes at a cost; the spa is quite useless as the entrance is 40€ pp
- the quality of the building is quite old even though it's been renovated
- on this, we had an absolutely noisy and sleepless night due to a rain gutter (see clip attached and judge yourself); I would need to be paid to sleep in that room again (a tent is better); the problem was the attitude of the receptionist: "that's normal, the whole hotel is like that"
With pressure, we got another room with an ok gutter but... If we are to listen to the personnel, "the whole hotel is like that".
