I say this with confidence because of my personal experience working with him to find me a store for my clothing brand..... he is great, professional. He works very hard always available for his clients day or night. He understands how the system works to rent or purchase properties here in Italy. He knows how to move within the system to secure the best rentals and property purchases not only for Europeans. But also for people who live internationally like myself who want to live in the Tuscany and Umbria area... Nothing is too much trouble for them, Giovanni even met our pool architect on site on the day of epiphany! They are amazingly responsive, professional and I would recommend them with no hesitation. Even after we bought the house they are there for us to help with all our post sale questions which really is above and beyond! Even in this time of Covid they have remotely guided us brilliantly through the process

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 2007 I purchased my beloved home in Cortona from Paolo, a sanctuary from the NY life. It was then an incredible experience and now with an inability to travel with Covid I have reached back out to Paolo who has introduced me to Giovanni, his son. I cannot find enough words to express how grateful I am having the peace of mind to know my home is in the best of hands. It was brought to my attention that the shutters, and doors were in desperate need of refurbishing, and even a window was broken! In a matter of a couple of days Giovanni had organized a fantastic carpenter who did all the repairs and even recommended different stain colors which look absolutely amazing. Giovanni and I have laughed over the fact that when I return I may not recognize it! Giovanni is peace of mind, he is dedicated and responsible. Truly I can now have a sense of pride all the way from NY knowing that my home is as beautiful as the rest in the slice of heaven known as Cortona and sleep at night knowing Giovanni is on the job!
