In the midst of wonderful nature, with a sensational view, you are greeted by curious cows and warmly welcomed by the Almwirt. The climb is definitely worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ beim Aufstieg zum Zirmtal See wollten wir beim Brunnen vor der Alm Quellwasser nachfassen: die junge (voraussichtlich Wirtin) hat uns sofort das Wasser abgedreht. Sicher keine gute Werbung für eine Einkehr auf dem Rückweg !!!!!
During the ascent to the Zirmtal lake we wanted to follow the fountain in front of the Alm spring water: the young (probably landlady) has us turned off the water immediately. Certainly not a good advertisement for a stop on the way back !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malga immersa in un bellissimo scenario, giochi x bambini ed un apfelstrudel eccellente, il migliore che abbia mai mangiato in 8 anni di alto adige. Unico neo: parlano solo tedesco, e siamo ancora in Italia.
Alpine hut surrounded by beautiful scenery, games for children and an excellent apfelstrudel, the best I have ever eaten in 8 years in South Tyrol. The only drawback: they only speak German, and we are still in Italy.
