Una tappa da non perdere, anche se comporta una piccola deviazione dal percorso, se avete deciso di percorrere la Via Vinum Venostis di Castelbello Fine wines and friendly owner. Dopo una scambio di mail, il proprietario ci dice che non serve anticipo e che ci aspetta il 31 augurandoci buon viaggio. Arriviamo il giorno della prenotazione e una signora ci vede dalla finestra e scende. Nel frattempo arriva una coppia di tedeschi e quando esce dalla porta li accoglie sorridente. Dopo arriva da noi, le diciamo che abbiamo una prenotazione e dice che è impossibile. Le mostriamo le mail e tranquillamente dice che il marito si sarà sbagliato perché al momento non hanno nessuna disponibilità. Questo denota poca serietà, con malavoglia ci voleva offrire una bottiglia di vino, ma la carità non la accetto. Germans first ... We book two nights well in advance at this property for June 31st and 1st. After an exchange of emails, the owner tells us that no advance is needed and that he is waiting for us on the 31st, wishing us a good trip. We arrive on the day of the reservation and a lady sees us from the window and gets out. In the meantime, a couple of Germans arrive and when they go out the door they welcome them smiling. After she comes to us, we tell her we have a reservation and she says it's impossible. We show her the emails and she quietly says that her husband has been wrong because at the moment they have no availability. This shows little seriousness, with reluctance he wanted to offer us a bottle of wine, but I don't accept charity.
