★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was okay. They spoke okay English though I bought some shoes and my partner wanted me to pay on her card. The tap didn't work so i didn't want to sign and asked them to cancel it so i can pay on my card. Turned into a 18 minute delay and me nearly missing the bus, they aren't even able to cancel the transaction "don't know how??!!" Then took photos of the card and called the hotel where I was staying and working. the ladies also told me it's okay, you can catch the next bus which comes in 20minutes....also said I looked like a thief and that my English sounds like I'm drunk........apart from these two ladies at the bottom store underneath earners, the other stores have good service and friendly staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great shop. I bought a jacket, there was an issue with it, they sorted it out beautifully and they were so kind and friendly. There was an older lady working in the shop near the start of the blue gondola: she was amazing she helped and advised me , tool a lot of time to find the right jacket for me and was super kind. The shop has a fantastic selection of nice ski wear as well as ski hire . Highly recommend. Such kind people.
