Il senso di tutto ciò???? Spiegatemelo!!! Mi sa di presa in giro galattica...il mio tempo vale come quello di tutti gli altri no? No!!! Perdo tempo da casa e perdo tempo qua.... Qualcosa non mi torna. Pessimi ?? I don't understand ... I book all the equipment from home and then queue like everyone else: an hour for the skis .... An hour for the boots. The sense of all this ???? Explain it to me !!! I feel like a galactic mockery ... my time is as good as everyone else's, isn't it? No!!! I waste time from home and I waste time here .... Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und sind direkt auf uns zugekommen. Auch ansonsten herrschte ein angenehmes Klima. The rental of our skis and snowboards went super fast and problems with the snowboard buckles were quickly resolved. The employees were very friendly and approached us directly. Otherwise the atmosphere was pleasant.

Seppure non avessi fatto nulla di male, il signore più anziano che prepara gli sci mi ha trattato in modo disumano, aggredendomi verbalmente. È un maleducato, arrogante, violento. Non si lavora a contatto con le persone se si è totalmente incapaci a farlo. Si deve vergognare. C'erano anche dei bambini che hanno assistito alla sua misera e inutile scenata. Che pena. Bad experience. I confirm the many negative reviews I have read. Even if I hadn't done anything wrong, the older man who prepares the skis treated me in an inhumane way, verbally attacking me. Peccato per la cura dello sci che era privo di sciolina nonostante avessi affittato un modello di medio alta qualità. Ne è una prova che la mia compagna mi superasse dopo pochi secondi facendo scivolare gli sci, pesando 15 kg in meno.
