Prima di effettuare la riparazione mi ha mostrato l'intervento che avrebbe fatto, poi mi ha detto che se volevo potevo stare lì nell'attesa mentre lo riparava. Beh in 20 minuti ha effettuato il tutto, e a prezzi più che onesti. Per ringraziarlo della tempestività ho fatto mettere anche una pellicola protettiva in poliuretano contro le cadute accidentali. Il lavoro di ripristino è stato portato a termine in tempi rapidissimi. Rassicurante, serio e professionale nel suo lavoro consiglio il centro di assistenza per qualunque consulto attinente cellulari Pc consolle di ogni marca. Devo riconoscere la massima professionalità, ho chiamato il numero e mi è stato comunicato che il pezzo di ricambio andava ordinato dato che il telefono ormai é uscito sul mercato 2/3 anni fa. Arrivato il pezzo il mio telefono è tornato nuovo in meno di metà mattinata (poiché ero al lavoro, probabilmente la riparazione è avvenuta in mezz'ora /45 min circa). Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo dato il cambio originale e la prontezza del servizio. Consiglio assolutamente in caso di necessità. Several times I went to Alphatech for cell phone repairs. I recently had to replace the glass on my Honor 9 lite. I have to acknowledge the utmost professionalism, I called the number and was informed that the spare part had to be ordered since the phone was now on the market 2/3 years ago. Once the part arrived, my phone was back new in less than half the morning (since I was at work, the repair probably took place in about half an hour / 45 min). Excellent value for money given the original change and the promptness of the service. Absolutely recommend in case of need.
