Courteous and helpful staff, they solved a big problem created by another car rental, making my holiday even more beautiful. Car in excellent condition without even booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver confermato l'auto telefonicamente cancellano la prenotazione allo stesso orario di ritiro. Inoltre in orario di apertura nessuno è presente per l'assistenza. Servizio scadente, da evitare.
After confirming the car by telephone cancel the reservation at the same time of collection. Moreover, during opening hours nobody is present for assistance. Poor service, to be avoided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho noleggiato qui una macchina per un giorno solo, da sabato a domenica. Hanno bloccato un deposito di 500 euro sulla carta di credito.
Tutto e' andato bene.
Il lunedi' mi e' arrivato il conto, con il quale il deposito doveva essere sbloccato. Pochi giorni dopo, il docuto e' stato preso dalla carta ma il deposito era ancora bloccato. Li contatto via mail e mi assicurano di averlo fatto, di contattare la banca. Pensando ci volesse tempo perche' l'operazione arrivasse a termine, aspetto. Dopo una settimana ancora nessun segno di sblocco. La banca mi ha confermato (in due diverse occasioni) che e' stato il noleggio a non sbloccare il deposito e che la banca non puo' farlo. Li ho quindi chiamati nuovamente e hanno di nuovo ripetuto la stessa cosa, a mio parere senza nemmeno controllare. Sta di fatto che per due settimane, non ho potuto utilizzare la mia carta di credito.
Non solo si sono comportati in modo scorretto, ma hanno mentito di fronte all'evidenza, sapendo che tanto il deposito si sblocca automaticamente dopo due settimane.
I rented a car here for one day only, from Saturday to Sunday. They have blocked a deposit of 500 euros on the credit card.
All went well.
On Monday, the bill arrived, with which the deposit had to be released. A few days later, the document was taken from the card but the deposit was still blocked. I contact them via email and they assure me that I did, contact the bank. Thinking it took time for the operation to finish, I wait. After a week still no sign of release. The bank confirmed to me (on two different occasions) that it was the rental that did not release the deposit and that the bank could not do so. I then called them again and they repeated the same thing again, in my opinion without even checking. The fact is that for two weeks, I could not use my credit card.
Not only did they behave incorrectly, but they lied in the face of the evidence, knowing that both the deposit unlocks automatically after two weeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca califico mal los lugares porque creo q generalmente son situaciones puntuales pero, arriendo un auto y al llegar me dicen que no se puede por no ser mi licencia internacional.
He arrendado auto en Francia, España , la misma Italia Portugal, etc. JAMAS han pedido una licencia especial. Sin solución me tuve que ir. Espero que me devuelvan el dinero tal como dijeron.!!!
I never rate the places badly because I think they are generally one-off situations, but when I rent a car and when I arrive they tell me that it is not possible because it is not my international license.
I have rented a car in France, Spain, the same Italy Portugal, etc. They have NEVER asked for a special license. With no solution I had to go. I hope they return my money as they said.!!!
