★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero Star. Mandano mail invitandoti per un caffe, ma non c'è il nome della persona che ti ha scritto. Non hanno nemmeno un indirizzo mail che contiene Allianz. Le mail che mandano sono scritte in goffo burocratese. Provano a dare l'impressione di professionalità senza riuscirci. Indicano 2 mail diverse, così tu non sai a quale scrivere. Nel 2017 sembrano proprio incompetenti... magari sono giusto l'ultimo esemplare di umano che completa procedure, prima che il processo sia completamente automatizzato... ed avremo a che fare direttamente con Allianz, e sarà sicuramente meglio.
Zero Star. They send emails inviting you for a coffee, but there is no name of the person who wrote you. They don't even have an email address that contains Allianz. The emails they send are written in clumsy bureaucrat. They try to give the impression of professionalism without succeeding. They indicate 2 different emails, so you don't know which one to write to. In 2017 they seem just incompetent ... maybe they are just the last human being who completes procedures, before the process is completely automated ... and we will have to deal directly with Allianz, and it will certainly be better.
