★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simpatici, gentili e disponibili ma solo per l'incasso, poi quando chiedi di usufruire del servizio che paghi, anche profumatamente, il tutto passa alla sede centrale che trova sempre il cavillo per non coprire la richiesta: mi è accaduto due volte. L'assurdo che adducono scuse per giustificare il diniego e poi, facendo sembrare che ti facciano un favore, ti indicano una possibilità di avere un rimborso solo parziale quasi irrisorio. Pessimo, meglio fare beneficenza almeno i tuoi soldi servono a qualcosa.
Nice, kind and helpful but only for the collection, then when you ask to use the service you pay, even handsomely, everything goes to the central office which always finds the quibble not to cover the request: it has happened to me twice. The absurdity that they give excuses to justify the denial and then, by making it appear that they are doing you a favor, they indicate a possibility of having a partial refund that is almost negligible. Bad, better do charity at least your money is good for something.
