★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schönes Hotel. Alles sehr sauber. Die Preise sind sehr gut. Das Essen schmeckt. Das Frühstück ist für Italien sehr gut. Die Lage ist abseits aber sehr schön. Perfekt für schöne Touren mit dem Motorrad
 Very nice hotel. Everything was very clean. The prices are very good. The food tastes good. Breakfast is very good for Italy. The location is out of the way but very nice. Perfect for nice tours by motorcycle

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo cibo. Le trote sono cucinate in diversi modi, tutti molto buoni. Anche il prezzo non è male. L'ambiente è curato e il personale gentile. C'è la possibilità di pernottare ad un prezzo più che ragionevole e le camere sono eccellenti.
Great food. Trout are cooked in different ways, all of them very good. The price is also not bad. The environment is nice and the staff is kind. There is the possibility to stay overnight at a more than reasonable price and the rooms are excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Alle trote", oltre a servire nel proprio ristorante piatti a base di trota molto curati potendo sfruttare anche l'allevamento in loco (tra l'altro alimentato da un flusso continuo di acqua torrentizia di assoluta qualità), anche per l'alloggio si è rivelato una piacevole sorpresa: camere sufficentemente ampie in cui non manca niente, ben isolate acusticamente, bagno di buone dimensioni e finestrato, una vista rasserenante sul paesaggio circostante. Il WiFi funziona perfettamente, grande attenzione alla pulizia, colazione super e gentilezza/disponibilità del personale. Assolutamente consigliato.
"Alle trout", in addition to serving in its restaurant well-kept trout-based dishes, being able to take advantage of the on-site breeding (among other things fed by a continuous flow of torrential water of the highest quality), also for accommodation is a pleasant surprise was revealed: sufficiently large rooms in which nothing is missing, well soundproofed, good-sized bathroom with windows, a soothing view of the surrounding landscape. The WiFi works perfectly, great attention to cleanliness, super breakfast and kindness / helpfulness of the staff. Absolutely recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know this place since over 20 years. It's getting better and better since then. We come regularly at each stay in Paluzza. Usually we invite family and friends for a nicer dinner and/or escape here for a quiet "tête á tête". We've never been disappointed nor got something bad to eat. The only sad feeling is that there is never enough trout on my plate :)
This year in January, we stopped here for the first time to sleep for 2 nights; same good service as in the restaurant.
Thank you at "le Trotte" an again : you set up one of the beautifulst Christmas crib we've seen through Italy.
