Mangiare lo stoccafisso in questo ristorante vuol dire incontrare la tradizione che si rinnova e adatta alla cucina moderna senza però dimenticarsi le proprie origini. I sapori di ogni portata conservano una storia che non si ferma solo al gusto prelibato, ma comunica tutta la passione e la cura del cuoco. Personale super attento alle esigenze del cliente, cortese e professionale. Spero di poter tornare presto in questo ristorante per gustarne ancora l'arte culinaria.
 A restaurant where art meets cuisine. Courses treated in detail with an excellent treatment of the raw material. Eating stockfish in this restaurant means meeting the tradition that is renewed and adapted to modern cuisine without forgetting its origins. The flavors of each course retain a story that does not stop only at the delicious taste, but communicates all the passion and care of the cook. Staff super attentive to customer needs, courteous and professional. I hope to be able to return to this restaurant soon to enjoy the culinary arts again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nessun problema per arrivare in auto e posteggiarla. Appena entrati nel locale siamo stati accolti con molta cordialità. Ci siamo fatti consigliare e abbiamo gustato un menù fisso a base di stocco; piatti belli da vedere e ottimi da gustare. Prezzi nella media. Se vi piace lo stocco è un posto che difficilmente dimenticherete.
No problem to arrive by car and park it. As soon as we entered the restaurant we were greeted with great cordiality. We got advice and enjoyed a set menu based on stockfish; dishes beautiful to look at and excellent to taste. Average prices. If you like rapier it is a place that you will hardly forget.

Servizio impeccabile (personale educato e professionale) e piatti di ottima qualità.
Sono stati molto disponibili anche per dei fuori menù, poiché alcuni commensali non mangiavano pesce. Ottimo lo stoccafisso.
Ne vale la pena fare qualche chilometro in più per gustare un'ottima cucina e magari visitare anche la bellissima Cittanova.
Excellent restaurant, both for lunch and dinner.
Impeccable service (polite and professional staff) and excellent quality dishes.
They were also very helpful for off-menus, as some diners did not eat fish. The stockfish is excellent.
It is worth it to go a few more kilometers to enjoy excellent cuisine and maybe even visit the beautiful Novigrad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ritorno al vecchio mulino dopo un lungo viaggio. Una cena eccellente con servizio di alta qualità ad un prezzo modico. Consiglio un primo classico di pasta alla cittanovese e per secondo stocco alla cittanovese. Per finire un buon sorbetto della casa.
Complimenti alle brave sorelle per la gentile professionalità così rara al giorno d'oggi.

Return to the old mill after a long journey. An excellent dinner with high quality service at a moderate price. I recommend a first classic of Bolognese-style pasta and a second-style stocco alla cittavese. To finish a good house sorbet.
Congratulations to the good sisters for the kind professionalism so rare nowadays.
