★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Domenica sera, prima della chiusura alle 18. Ultima serata, gita a Bardi e pizza a Varsi. La nostra amica ci aveva parlato molto bene di questa pizza e quindi abbiamo deciso di provarla per confrontarla con altre distribuite nella nostra valle. Il locale si presenta con un bar semplice all'entrata, normale con gente normale. Dietro, attraversando una stanza c'è la sala dove ci sono i tavoli e il banco dove fanno le pizze. Il locali ha colori e arredi molto anni 80/90. Ci ha servito un signore molto simpatico. Abbiamo preso due pizze ed un calzone. La pizza ha lo stesso impasto di quella di Ponteceno. Sarà la farina, sarà la scuola nel modo di farla ma, è uguale al morso, alla consistenza ed alla leggerezza. Il gusto è ottimo e si lascia mangiare per bene. Esci che sei sazio ma non appesantito. Punto di merito anche per i dolci che erano molto buoni. Sicuramente è un posto da tener d'occhio, molto valido anche se un po' fuori mano per chi viene da fuori. Vi consiglio, se siete in zona, di passarci sia per una pizza, per un pezzo di focaccia (visto che è anche una panetteria), oppure un dolcino o un semplice caffè.
 Sunday evening, before closing at 6pm. Last evening, trip to Bardi and pizza in Varsi. Our friend had told us very well about this pizza and so we decided to try it to compare it with others distributed in our valley. The place has a simple bar at the entrance, normal with normal people. Behind, crossing a room there is the room where there are the tables and the counter where they make the pizzas. The restaurant has very 80s / 90s colors and furnishings. A very nice gentleman served us. We got two pizzas and a calzone. The pizza has the same dough as that of Ponteceno. It will be the flour, it will be the school in the way of making it but, it is equal to the bite, to the consistency and to the lightness. The taste is excellent and can be eaten properly. Come out feeling full but not burdened. A point of merit also for the desserts which were very good. It is certainly a place to keep an eye on, very valid even if a little out of the way for those coming from outside. I recommend, if you are in the area, to go for a pizza, a piece of focaccia (since it is also a bakery), or a sweet or a simple coffee.

In the square of Varsi, a welcoming place with a large lounge and outdoor space. Family-run, friendly, helpful and friendly staff. Very good pizza with quality ingredients, average cooking, medium-high level pastry with desserts for all occasions. I highly recommend !! Ivan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed our meal at Posto Giusto, we had delicious crepes with artichokes and besciamella, then tonnato with spuds and a delicious cake "la Duchessa" with coffee. Sitting by a beautiful view of our village by the window.
