C	Carlo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto un problema con il mio pc, la classica schermata blu d'errore che a volte compare inaspettatamente, da sempre sui computer con sistema Windows. Pertanto mi sono recato a questo negozio, spiegando il problema e i tentativi che avevo fatto invano, autonomamente, per risolverlo. Mi viene detto, che devo necessariamente lasciare il computer, ma il proprietario non è in grado di dirmi il costo del servizio, risponde che a suo parere deve smanettare con il pc per poter capire cosa fare. E già questo mi lascia perplesso, perché il problema della schermata blu d'errore è molto tipico su windows(io stesso ero riuscito a risolverlo da solo in precedenza), inoltre un esperto presumibilmente dovrebbe essere fin dall'inizio in grado di stimare procedura e costo della stessa procedura, sopratutto se il pc si accende come nel mio caso. Quando chiedo per la seconda volta, quali potrebbero essere i costi, il proprietario scocciato, chiude in malo modo il mio portatile, e mi invita ad andarmene. Questa è stata la mia esperienza. I had a problem with my pc, the classic blue screen error that sometimes appears unexpectedly, always on your Windows system. I am told, that I must necessarily leave the computer, but the owner is not able to tell me the cost of the service, he replies that in his opinion he has to fiddle with the PC in order to understand what to do. And already this puzzles me, because the problem of the blue screen of error is very typical on windows (I myself had managed to solve it alone before), moreover an expert supposedly should be from the beginning able to estimate procedure and the cost of the procedure, especially if the pC is switched on as in my case. When I ask for the second time, what the costs might be, the owner is annoyed, badly closes my laptop, and invites me to leave. This was my experience.

Ci hanno detto che ormai era da buttare, però volevano tenerlo "per i pezzi di ricambio". Passato qualche giorno ha ripreso a funzionare. Mi sembra inutile dire quanto questo individuo ci abbia ingannati, (sicuramente lo avrebbe sistemato e rivenduto) per di più prendendosi 30 euro per una sedicente pulizia, e non è riuscito nemmeno a richiudere la tv decentemente. Vergognoso. We brought an Akai 55 inch TV, having sprayed it it seemed to have broken. They told us it was now to be thrown away, but they wanted to keep it "for spare parts". After a few days it started working again. It seems useless to say how much this individual has deceived us, (surely he would have fixed it and resold it), moreover by taking 30 euros for a self-styled cleaning, and has not even managed to close the TV decently. Shameful.
