★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do due stelle per il comportamento di alcune persone. Ho fatto le porte interne e la blindata e sto aspettando che mi completano il lavoro. Bravissimo e professionale il venditore e gli installatori della blindata. Per il resto meglio che dimentico! La porta blindata per poco non la facevano montare ad un indirizzo errato nonostante ho dato indirizzo e nome corretto ed ho sudato un’ora tra mail e telefonate per far capire all’addetta che il mio indirizzo era quello che avevo comunicato. Nonostante tutto al giorno del montaggio l’indirizzo risultava sempre quello sbagliato. Di male in peggio per quanto riguarda la parte amministrativa! Ho rischiato di pagare le porte al 100% poiché non mi veniva emessa la fattura per pagare le porte scontate come pattuito all’atto del contratto poiché a chiusura cantiere non potevo più fare nulla. Quando sono andata per spiegazioni sono stata liquidata con poche parole e mandata via l’impiegata era scocciata che ero andata a chiedere spiegazioni in merito al mio ordine ed al pagamento dello stesso . Quando ho chiamato per informazioni mi è stato detto che c’è il covid e non possono dare informazioni! Mica è un ospedale! Una risposta esaustiva potevano anche darla visto che ho pagato profumatamente! Avevo intenzione di richiamarli ma non penso di ritornare da loro in un futuro per altri lavori! Mi dispiace che il comportamento negativo va a discapito di chi cerca di lavorare per accontentare il cliente.
I give two stars for some people's behavior. I made the interior doors and the armored door and I'm waiting for them to finish the job. The salesman and the installers of the armored car are very good and professional. For the rest I better forget! The armored door almost had it mounted at an incorrect address despite the fact that I gave the correct address and name and I sweated an hour between emails and phone calls to make the clerk understand that my address was the one I had communicated. Despite everything, on the day of assembly the address was always the wrong one. From bad to worse as regards the administrative part! I risked paying 100% for the doors as I was not issued an invoice to pay for the discounted doors as agreed upon in the contract because I could no longer do anything when the construction site was closed. When I went for explanations, I was liquidated with a few words and sent away, the employee was annoyed that I had gone to ask for explanations regarding my order and payment for it. When I called for information, I was told that there is a covid and they cannot give information! It's not a hospital! They could also give an exhaustive answer since I paid handsomely! I had intended to call them back but I don't plan to return to them in the future for other jobs! I'm sorry that negative behavior comes at the expense of those who try to work to please the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A causa del periodo ho dovuto aspettare diversi mesi per le finestre ma ne valeva la pena. Le finestre sono bellissime, la temperatura e il rumore sono decisamente migliorate. Inoltre, i tecnici che sono venuti ad installarle si sono dimostrati professionali, disponibili e molto gentili. Sono molto soddisfatta!
Due to the period I had to wait several months for the windows but it was worth it. The windows are beautiful, the temperature and noise have definitely improved. Furthermore, the technicians who came to install them proved to be professional, helpful and very kind. I'm very satisfied!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato da Allart Center 11 infissi. Consiglio vivamente questo punto vendita per la sua vasta e ben progettata esposizione. Il personale è molto qualificato e gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e pronto a risolvere ogni problema che gli viene sottoposto. Come per altri clienti, anche io ho dovuto aspettare molto per la mancanza di materiale a causa del COVID, ma una volta arrivate le 11 finestre l'installazione è stata velocissima ed effettuata da personale qualificato. Anche il post vendita e l'assistenza è ottima, come per la vendita anche l'addetto all'assistenza clienti è sempre molto disponibile e risponde sempre ad agni quesito e problema che gli viene sottoposto. Personalmente ho sempre contattato il post vendita via e-mail ed ho sempre ricevuto una risposta. Alcune volte sono stato contattato direttamente telefonicamente per abbreviare i tempi.
Sono anche pienamente soddisfatto degli infissi montati. L'inverno è passato utilizzando la metà dei riscaldamenti e i rumori esterni sono molto attutiti. Complimenti a tutti per la professionalità.
